BCP has less than a year experience running a gas utility, and excluding evidence that PCP owned Delta utility customers Cell bill increases between 300-1000% in a single billing cycle in Louisiana.
As the deal is written now, there is only a rate freeze until September 2026– then gas rates could increase. That is unacceptable and does NOT benefit New Mexicans
