The Navajo Nation bears the burden of oil and gas pollution

๐The largest Native American reservation in the US is Navajo Nation, a sovereign nation located in the Four Corners region.
Home to oil and gas, there are many, many companies drilling on Navajo land - and you know what means. Spills. Lots of them.
Out of 153 total spills, one company is responsible for 105 of them โ Enterprise โ one of the largest publicly traded energy companies in the United States. You've probably never heard of them, but these guys are majors.
And while Enterprise rakes in billions of dollars, places like Navajoland, one of the poorest regions in the U.S., bears the burden of the pollution. No company should be allowed to pollute over and over and be rewarded for it.
