😡😡Permian Reources Operating spilled 182 barrels of toxic waste & 25 barrels of crude oil on January 6th on public land in New Mexico.
They reported the cause as “Normal Operations.”
It’s not Normal to contaminate our lands and watersheds.
In New Mexico, oil and gas companies spill an average 3 or 4 times per day, we should at least know what in these spills.
And for that, your legislator needs to support HB222 to disclose chemicals used in oil and gas operations
