New Mexicans have spoken out again and again against the dumping of fracking treated waste into our waters and onto our crops..
Listen to Public Comment last week in front of the water quality control commission, who already voted in May 2025 to ban discharge of treated fracking waste.
The commission will take up this topic again on Tuesday, May 12th.
