Bernhard Capital Partners (BCP) has NO experience owning a regulated gas company.
BCP has a horrible track record of failing to properly operate and maintain their facilities.
BCP-owned companies do not follow regulatory standards and have racked up penalties and fines from EPA, OSHA, NY, Massachusetts and Louisiana.
BCP is not right for New Mexico.
